About This Role:

This position involves caring for residents and clients with respect and dignity. It is essential to support them in maintaining their identity, independence, and overall well-being.

The role requires contributing to a safe and effective care environment that meets the needs, goals, and preferences of residents and clients. Initial and ongoing assessments are necessary to plan care that optimizes health and well-being in accordance with individual needs and goals.

Additionally, this position entails implementing and maintaining care plans in conjunction with AN-ACC. A solid knowledge of the AN-ACC model and Aged Care Quality Standards is required. Adaptability, flexibility, and strong organizational skills are also essential.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
