About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to join our nursing team as a Transport Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and transportation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care and Transportation of Patients
    • Provide safe and compassionate care to patients during transportation
    • Ensure patients are comfortable and secure during transport
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Quality Patient Care
    • Deliver safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care to individuals and groups
    • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the RN
