Key Responsibilities:
- Care and transport patients to and from appointments
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
- Deliver safe, research-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision of the RN
- Participate in a supportive team environment with a focus on excellent patient-centred care
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Competent to drive wheelchair transport van
- Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
