Administrative Officer

As an Administrative Officer at Kinnect, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your duties will include answering enquiries, liaising with stakeholders, scheduling pre-employment assessments, and collating results.
With a passion for superior customer care, you will thrive in a busy environment and have a proven track record of success in a customer-centric role. You will be able to work well within a team environment, prioritize effectively, and apply your knowledge to different scenarios.

Key responsibilities include:
- Answering a wide variety of enquiries relating to new referrals and medical appointments.
- Liaising with stakeholders and clients via our online chat portal.
- Scheduling pre-employment assessments.
- Collating results from pre-employment assessments and liaising with Kinnect's medical team.
- Attending to inbound calls from a wide range of clients in an efficient and professional manner.
Requirements include:
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to apply your knowledge to different scenarios.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
