Key Position Overview

  • This position is responsible for providing expert leadership and management to a team of ESM officers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ESM builds and scheduling requirements.
  • Developing and overseeing an education program to enhance system proficiency among team members.
  • Collaborating with the ESM Nurse Manager on quality audits, data validation, and issue resolution.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong communicator and collaborative leader with a passion for improving system processes and data quality.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a healthcare or scheduling environment.
  • Expertise in Oracle Health ESM or similar scheduling/database systems.
  • Strong auditing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

About the Team

  • The Primary Care Partnerships Unit provides support to all facilities for the outpatient ESM scheduling system.
  • The team offers front-end user support via phone or remote access, clinic build and de-build, data quality audits, and advocacy for requirements in the state-wide ESM forum.
