Job Description

QBiotics is seeking a Lead Manager to advise on and assist with a potential initial public offering (IPO) on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in healthcare, institutional relationships, and global investor networks.

This role involves strategic planning, guidance, and leadership in navigating complex regulatory environments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and an understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
