Program Scheduler

The Program Scheduler plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain exceptional schedule management practices.

This is a hands-on scheduling position that works closely with diverse resources across the program, including engaged vendors.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to best-in-class schedule management practices and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective scheduling strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate scheduling risks and dependencies.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in scheduling and planning management, with a focus on technology vendors and systems integrators.
  • Expertise in understanding project methodology and scheduling dependencies.
  • Ability to resolve complex scheduling issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
