We are seeking an exceptional Employer Services Manager to join our team. This is a key role in supporting and guiding the Workforce Australia Services (WAS) and Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) teams through the outcomes claims process.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Provide informed support and guidance on Outcomes Claims and the Claims process to the WAS and IEA Leadership team, Claims Officers, Mentors and subcontractors to ensure all outcome claims are submitted appropriately.\
  • Lead and manage the Outcomes and Claims team to maintain high standards of compliance and performance.\
  • Promote ongoing education and collaboration across employment services staff regarding claims procedures.\
  • Oversee timely and accurate submission of claims, ensuring supporting documentary evidence is compliant.\
  • Ensure that only legitimate claims are submitted, supported by appropriate and compliant documentary evidence.\
  • Develop high performing teams, and to coach, mentor and manage employees effectively.\
  • Maintain a strong understanding of audit processes and the provision of evidence required for internal and external audits.\
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve compliance and performance within the team.\
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.\
  • Benchmark best practices and stay up-to-date with industry developments.\
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as to influence and negotiate as part of resolving conflict around claims / claims process.\
  • Solve complex problems and make good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgement.\
  • Oversight of location-specific matters.\
  • Location: Little Collins Street, NSW or VIC locations; full-time ongoing position, negotiations on specific site.\
