Finding the right Fleet Operations Manager candidate is crucial for our continued success. A2B Australia's taxi network requires a skilled leader who can oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fleet Utilisation: Develop strategies to maximise vehicle availability and usage across the Perth fleet.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage allocation, dispatch, and return processes to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Vehicle Safety & Compliance: Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations, scheduled servicing, and required inspections.
  • Cleanliness & Presentation: Oversee vehicle cleanliness protocols and uphold brand presentation standards.

We're seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to lead our local operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle compliance, safety standards, and maintenance planning, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fleet operations, logistics, or transport management (taxi or similar industry preferred)
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
