Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Inverell Aquatic Centre team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the centre, ensuring exceptional customer service and a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality services to our customers.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure effective delivery of programs and services, and to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including Council, community groups, and local businesses.
- Develop and manage budgets, and ensure financial sustainability of the centre.
- Implement and maintain effective risk management and quality assurance processes.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in leisure operations and management. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services, managing budgets, and leading teams. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with our stakeholders.
