Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our new aquatic and leisure facility in Inverell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and successful operation of the centre, delivering exceptional customer service, and building a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality services and programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the local community, Council, and other partners.
- Proven experience in managing a leisure or aquatic facility, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications, including a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
