Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key advocate for quality, you will be responsible for embedding enterprise best practices and automation throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring solution correctness by clarifying requirements, proactively mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive test planning by managing efforts around estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Analyse requirements and designs thoroughly for testability and risks, while actively supporting and implementing the overall testing strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee all testing activities, including system, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
- Manage the defect lifecycle effectively, ensuring accurate logging, tracking, and resolution.
- E nsure test environments and data are consistently ready and available for testing activities.
- 7+ years of hands-on testing experience, with a significant focus on test automation within full-stack application environments.
- Proven ability to develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Test Plans and Test Summary Reports.
- Expertise in designing and developing automated UI test suites with tools like Playwright or similar.
- Proficiency in automated API testing using tools such as Supertest, Axios, Postman, or equivalent.
- Experience with performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Artillery.io, JMeter, Lighthouse).
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD principles and proven experience integrating automated tests into pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, including leveraging its services for testing purposes.
- Mid-Senior level expertise in testing and test automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
