Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled basketball coach to join our team at Elevate Basketball Australia.

Our programs provide fun and supportive basketball training for school-aged kids across Western Sydney, promoting player development in a positive environment.

The ideal candidate will be a current or ex-basketball player who is eager to develop their coaching skills, or a general sports enthusiast with a passion for basketball.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to take direction
  • Enthusiasm and initiative
  • Ability to work with children
  • Basketball knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Working with Children Check - Employee (mandatory)
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable)

This is a part-time, casual role that requires afternoon and early evening availability, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to coach classes and teams on Tuesdays and Fridays from 4pm onwards.
