Basketball Coach Position

Our basketball program is seeking an experienced coach to lead training sessions for young players.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled basketball coach who can inspire and motivate our students. The successful candidate will have experience in playing or coaching basketball and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct engaging basketball training sessions
  • Teach fundamental basketball skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
  • Develop age-appropriate training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate students' progress
  • Organize friendly games, mini-tournaments, and skill challenges

What We Offer:

We provide a dynamic and supportive coaching environment where you can grow and develop as a coach. Our program is committed to fostering a love for basketball in young athletes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in playing or coaching basketball
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Possession of Certification in sports coaching (preferred but not required)
  • First Aid and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

This is a part-time contract role with flexible working hours. If you are passionate about basketball and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you.

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $100.00 per hour
