**Salary and Benefits**

We offer an attractive hourly rate of $50 + super, with opportunities for casual and shift loading. This results in a competitive total remuneration package. Additionally, we provide a $1,500 sign-on bonus for new recruits, payable in three increments over 18 months.*

**Job Description**

As a Registered Nurse at LDK Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. This includes those requiring higher levels of care, such as dementia and palliative services. You will also supervise Personal Care Assistants on shift, providing clinical leadership and guidance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in Australia
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Alignment to a values-based organization
  • Demonstrated understanding of the needs of senior Australians
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and promote an inclusive culture
