Estimating Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Estimating Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our next stage of growth.

The Role

As an Estimating Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing cost estimates across multiple areas of infrastructure. This involves analyzing drawings, specifications, and contract documents to provide accurate pricing.

You will also liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive and reliable quotations. Additionally, you will work closely with management to support bid strategies and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects.
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and contract documents to provide accurate pricing.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive and reliable quotations.
  • Support bid strategies and business development through close collaboration with management.
About You

To succeed as an Estimating Specialist, you will need extensive experience as an Estimator within the civil infrastructure industry. You must have strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
