Job Title: Clinical Lead
About the PositionThis is a senior leadership role accountable for managing resources within a coronary care unit. As Clinical Manager, you will oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of practices, processes, and services.

- You have experience in effectively managing teams, Key Performance Indicators, and promoting innovation in clinical practice.
- You have experience developing strategies to improve clinical care and deliver complex care loads.
- Relevant qualifications and registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum five years' experience working in an acute setting, including coronary care and/or cardiology.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership roles and managing successful teams.
- Ability to plan and manage resources, change management skills, and effective computer skills.
- Commitment to demonstrating and promoting best practice.
