Key to success in our civil construction project is a skilled Site Supervisor who oversees safety, quality, and efficiency during concrete reinforcement and pouring phases. Their attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage resources are critical for timely completion of the project while meeting all required standards.

We deliver specialised services in Australia's infrastructure market, delivering works for Energy, Bridge and roads, Dams, Water, and mining infrastructure projects with a focus on FRP Package of Projects. We work anywhere from northern QLD to Victoria.

Our Requirements
  1. Arrangement of plant, labour & material resources for the project
  2. Direction & monitoring of subcontractors & suppliers
  3. Thorough understanding of OH&S
  4. Maintaining the daily record of site activities
  5. Reading plans
  6. High level communication with internal & external stakeholders
We Are Looking For:
  1. Experienced in FRP as a Site Supervisor
  2. Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or similar
  3. Experienced in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks.
  4. Implementation of quality control techniques
  5. Planning & management of daily tasks & activities / ability to assist in managing several teams of employees across various projects.
  6. Be innovative & a problem solver.
  7. Friendly personality & team player
