Contract Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on various civil and slope stabilisation projects across multiple brownfield sites.

  • This role will involve managing all cost and contractual matters, ensuring project costs, revenues, claims, and supplier agreements are administered.
  • You will also be responsible for initiating, reviewing, analysing, and administering the closing of contracts.
  • Furthermore, you will manage financial aspects, including monthly progress claims and reporting.
  • A strong relationship with clients and subcontractors is essential, as well as negotiating and managing head contracts and subcontractors for the project.
  • You will influence and lead others in the team to produce high-quality project outcomes.
  • In addition, you will ensure that delivered products comply with contract specifications and record any non-conformances.
Requirements:
  • We are looking for a focused, driven, and team-oriented individual with a commitment to excellence.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator in the Civil infrastructure sector.
  • A strong understanding and experience in a range of complex contracts are necessary.
  • Proven experience in procurement and subcontractor management on sizable projects is required.
  • A highly analytical approach and strong attention to detail are essential.
  • Well-developed communication skills to assist in client meetings are necessary.
