About the Position

We are seeking a casual Bistro Server to support our front and back of house operations in our food court.

This role requires providing excellent customer service across multiple outlets, including:

  • Offering friendly and efficient service to members and guests
  • Assisting with clearing, cleaning and scullery duties
  • Operating and balancing tills
  • Preparing food and beverages
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safe food handling practices

This position demands flexibility for split shifts during lunch and dinner service. Availability on Friday nights, weekends and weekdays is essential.

This traineeship opportunity includes formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.

About You

We are looking for someone who can work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Previous experience in catering or fast food environments is desirable. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a team and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
