This leadership role is focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with disabilities in a vibrant and values-driven not-for-profit organisation.
The Residential Service Leader will be responsible for leading a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver outstanding residential care aligned to each individual's NDIS goals. This includes coordinating staff rosters, support planning, medication, and daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building trusted relationships with families, participants, and community stakeholders;
- Driving quality, compliance, and service innovation;
- Working across a 24-hour, seven-day roster (including sleepovers);
- Participating in the on-call roster (shared across the leadership team).
A qualified and experienced professional in Disability, Community, or Health Services is required. The successful candidate will have a capable and compassionate leadership style, strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to inclusion, human rights, and participant choice.
