
Care Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Residential Service Leader to join our organisation in Shepparton. This is an opportunity to lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred care for people with disabilities in a vibrant, values-driven not-for-profit setting.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver outstanding residential care aligned to each individual's NDIS goals and objectives
- Coordinate staff rosters, support planning, medication management, and daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Foster trusted relationships with families, participants, and community stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, compliance, and service innovation to enhance the overall experience of our participants
- Work across a 24-hour, seven-day roster (including sleepovers) to provide comprehensive support and care
- A qualified professional in Disability, Community, or Health Services with extensive experience in leadership and team management
- A capable and compassionate leader with a collaborative style, strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
