Program Coordinator Job Description

The Program Coordinator role is a vital part of our team, responsible for supporting customer service, selling & marketing teams to ensure they deliver on their customer promises. You will work closely with these teams, as well as category management, product and other seller-facing teams, to identify opportunities for engagement & operational improvements.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the Seller Trade & Program Manager in delivering on eBay's seller programs and other seller-facing initiatives. This includes owning seller operations team reporting, managing Salesforce CRM, setting up & managing campaigns within Salesforce or outsourced vendor campaign management, data uploads into Salesforce, program operations support, and more.

We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a program or project management role, preferably with Salesforce Sales Cloud or another CRM platform. You should have strong prioritization skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
