The co-operative exists to achieve self-determination for the Aboriginal community, ensuring equal opportunities in health, housing, education, employment and justice through a holistic and culturally relevant approach.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a trainee. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Business Administration.

This role offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentoring and online classroom learning, allowing you to develop essential administrative skills and progress your career further within our growing organisation.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and reception duties
  • Data entry and document management
  • Scheduling and administrative support
  • Assisting with reports and correspondence

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess sound knowledge of Aboriginal culture and values, strong communication and organisational skills, and a commitment to work towards and complete a Certificate III in Business Administration.
