About the Role

The Technical Lead for Quality Assurance will play a crucial role in driving and delivering automated testing frameworks based on industry best practices and principles. This individual will be responsible for providing thought leadership in QA practices, continuously driving improvements, and ensuring that relevant levels and types of testing needed to produce quality software are executed and planned into the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership in QA practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and execute testing strategies, process improvements, and standards
  • Ensure execution and planning of relevant testing levels and types
  • Support creation, maintenance, and reuse of test artefacts
  • Work with the team to deliver both automated and manual tests to meet delivery milestones
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a Senior/Test Lead role
  • Strong experience in UI and API automation testing
  • Ability to create and maintain automation frameworks for API, Web, Security & Performance Testing
  • Previous experience leading and mentoring junior Test Engineers
