Key Role:

The Activation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Activation Executive in campaign implementation, ensuring smooth delivery of assets and adhering to high standards.

This role involves developing media skills, gathering evidence, and documenting results. The coordinator will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are trafficked and traced according to parameters.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull specs together, liaise with creative agencies and media owners to deliver assets on time.
  • Ensure spec documents are accurate and provide all required detail.
  • Verify ad placements run as booked, gather evidence and document results.
  • Learn to buy and track TV campaigns.
  • Monitor digital media performance and communicate delivery to the broader team/clients.
  • Work with internal/external teams to ensure campaigns meet campaign parameters.
  • Assist in delivering media responses that achieve best client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with media partners from brief to implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with media partners.

Team & Communication:

  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams, media partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with your manager and team.
  • Enhance communication skills, closely monitor and escalate issues where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding and/or working knowledge of the media landscape preferred.
  • Experience across Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Works well within a team environment.
  • Has the ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Curious with a willingness for continuous learning and progression.
  • Attention to detail that is second to none.
  • Strong planning and project/time management skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
