The Principal Application Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business strategy and technology development. This expert provides essential business knowledge and analysis skills to design, develop, and implement enhancements to data collection and storage solutions for the Mental Health and Addiction Portal.
Core Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and designing improvements to the data collection and storage suite of solutions.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Articulate business needs and work with analysts to translate user requirements into actionable outputs.
- Proven ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Leadership and management experience, including team mentoring.
