About the Role

This role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by offering a personalized experience and recommending items that match customers' needs. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and store performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to accurately describe features and benefits.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate, and inform customers about promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service consistently.
  • Demonstrate our values in action during every customer interaction.
  • Maintain store presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Assist, resolve, or escalate customer concerns in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

At least 2 years of retail experience in home/lifestyle products.The ability to engage with customers and bring their vision to life.
