Buyer - Fashion and Lifestyle Expert

Cotton On is seeking an experienced and driven Buyer to lead our vision within the team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to department reviews, apply learnings to category decision making, and chase growth opportunities to ensure the success and profitability of our brand.
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working with production, trends and buying teams to achieve strategy vision.
- They will be responsible for leading the category, collaborating with Production, and supporting their Buying team to deliver on products that are in line with category strategies, and which are compliant and cost-effective.
- Tertiary qualification or degree in a relevant field.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach and lead a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence.
- Confidence in analytical skills to make high-impact decisions regarding their category.
- Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills.
