This role involves daily hands-on Practice Management and participation in practice administration.

  • Daily hands-on Practice Management and participation in practice administration
  • Human resource management, including rostering, staff task allocation, and productivity
  • Clinical software management (Best Practice, Cliniko Cubiko, AutoMed & Gentu)
  • Clinical quality improvement management
  • Allied Health and Specialist liaison and support
  • Problem solving - Adopt a problem-solving approach to work-based issues as they arise
  • Participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes and work practices to optimise the team's function
  • Policy and procedure review and Accreditation (PracticeHub & AGPAL)
  • Carrying out the recruitment process (Administration and Nursing Support staff) and Doctor Induction
  • Rooms management for new doctors leasing the suites on a sessional basis and overall property management
