Practice Improvement Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to advance your career in the medical management sector. You will be working with a variety of medical practices, providing consultancy services focused on efficiency and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in medical business, practice, or operations management. A strong leadership background is essential, preferably in the healthcare sector. In addition to excellent communication skills, you will need to possess high-level accounting and budgeting skills as well as proficiency in computer-based systems.

In this role, you will take responsibility for contributing to strategic management, systems design and implementation, governance oversight, mentoring, and business development. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrating strategic thought processes, while also being able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to practice management consulting activities
  • Assess, scope, and deliver practice management consulting services
  • Identify, review, and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Implement changes to improve practice operations
  • Build relationships with doctors and business owners
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Ensure delivery and standard of customer service
  • Deliver practice improvement and guidance to assigned clients

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of medical business, practice, or operations management experience
  • Leadership skills, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level accounting and budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in computer-based systems
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Creativity and vision for business improvement
