The Home Claims Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated claims professionals. This role requires delivering consistently high levels of customer service while obtaining the lowest possible claims costs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coach, and motivate a team of claims consultants
- Prioritize and allocate team portfolios, including workload management
- Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide technical product, process, system, and compliance support
- Conduct performance reviews and assist with staffing requirements and recruitment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Previous experience as a team leader or equivalent
- Ability to lead and motivate a team and manage stakeholder relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills
