Occupational Therapist Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our team.

This role offers clinical practice with a manageable caseload across paediatric and adult therapy, as well as opportunities for mentorship, leadership, and growth in a values-driven environment.

About You
  • You're someone who leads with confidence and intention. You bring:
  • Experience: 3+ years preferred as an Occupational Therapist.
  • PASSION: A passion for working with children and/or adults.
  • Mentorship: Previous experience mentoring, supervising or guiding others.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Approach: A proactive, strengths-based approach to challenges and finding solutions to difficult problems.
  • Values: A genuine desire to contribute to a collaborative, humble, and values-driven team.
