Finance Manager Role Overview

We're seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. This key position requires a strategic thinker with technical expertise and commercial acumen.

About the Job
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and coach team members, guiding professional development and holding individuals accountable.
  • Liaise with external advisors and stakeholders as needed.
  • Prepare and oversee budgets and forecasts.
  • Optimize financial systems, processes, and automations for efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance roles within small to medium-sized enterprises, scale-ups, or business services.
  • Proven experience managing small finance teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in payroll, compliance, tax, and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and financial modeling capability.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence across the organization.
