At Mojo Recruit, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand's online presence in the skincare industry.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced digital marketer who is passionate about wellness and has a genuine passion for the beauty industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging content across multiple platforms, from social media posts to email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Content Creation: Develop comprehensive 60-day content plans for partner and retail channels, including carousel posts, static images, GWP assets, reels, and seasonal content.
  • Email Marketing: Craft compelling campaign EDMs, educational content, and new product launch announcements for both retail and professional audiences.
  • Partner Engagement: Manage monthly Creative Agency Power Sessions, conduct 1:1 Digital Power Sessions with partners, and provide ongoing support for their digital marketing needs.
  • Product & Event Marketing: Create and manage product pages, home banners, and event collateral. Support various marketing initiatives, including the QLD Ballet partnership.
  • Social Media Management: Direct content planning, proofread captions and posts, and stay updated on social media trends to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Genuine passion for wellness and the beauty industry, with an ethical and authentic approach to business.
  • Strong graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and content management systems.
  • Experience with WordPress (HTML coding is a plus).
  • Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
