Bottle Shop Attendant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Bottle Shop Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment in our busy bottle shop.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.

As a Bottle Shop Attendant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, wine and spirits knowledge, and inventory management. We offer competitive rates of pay and opportunities for career advancement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers;
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the bottle shop, including restocking shelves and keeping the floor tidy;
  • Processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments;
  • Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking deliveries;
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not essential.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working 25-38 hours per week. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, days and evenings. We offer a flexible roster that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
