Purpose:

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a premium shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a sales team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Sell products on the shop floor and deliver a personalized shopping experience to customers.
  • Measure customers' feet and find suitable options.
  • Maintain a well-organized stock room and manage stock levels.

Roster:

This role involves working across a 7 day trade roster which may include weekend work.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (ideally in footwear).
  • A friendly, mature and positive attitude.
  • Self-motivation and ability to take initiative.
  • Accountability and ownership of your work to achieve shared team goals.
  • Physical fitness to select, move and arrange stock.
  • Strong passion for achieving sales targets in a team.
  • Flexibility and solid availability.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
