We are looking for individuals who:
Are customer centric and love delivering fun, engaging experiences.
Enjoy working in a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment.
Thrive in a team and take pride in hitting targets and KPIs.
Have a can-do attitude and a love for pop culture, collectibles and art toys
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a fun, authentic way
Share brand stories and product features to help customers find their favourite characters and collectibles
Upsell and cross-sell to support sales goals and store performance
Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
Assist with visual merchandising, store cleanliness and replenishment
Follow company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
Support with stock handling (receiving, restocking, and inventory counts)
What you'll bring:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for customer service and retail sales.
Quick learner with a keen eye for detail and product knowledge.
Strong team spirit and a proactive, positive mindset.
Reliability and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as needed.
