Job Overview
The role of Senior Strategic Leader is a high-level position that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in strategic vision, leadership, and collaboration.
As the Senior Strategic Leader, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to implement the organisation's strategic vision and goals. You will support the growth and development of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs) and strengthen the sector in the Northern Territory.
You will represent the organisation in regional and national forums, lead lobbying and advocacy efforts to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal people in the NT, and manage teams effectively. Your strong governance background will ensure the Board maintains high standards of governance.
This is a dynamic role requiring a consummate professional who can balance strategy, advocacy, and engagement effectively. The ideal candidate has senior management experience, proven cultural competence, and strong negotiation skills.
