Nursery Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled and courteous retail sales professional to join our nursery team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, cash handling, and visual merchandising.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers warmly and answering their questions
  • Assisting with sales transactions and answering customer enquiries over the phone or in-store
  • Displaying items attractively and safely in the point of sale area, under the guidance of the store manager

While experience in retail and cash handling systems is preferred, on-the-job training will be provided. Background checks are an important part of our commitment to being a safe organisation, and a Police Check is required for this role.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Cash handling and point of sale experience preferred
