- Build strong relationships: Foster collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve shared goals.
- A strong background in specialty care or hospital sales, with a record of growth and success.
- A strategic, business-minded approach to key account management.
- Clinical confidence to engage credibly with specialists.
