As a seasoned estates professional, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic content development team.

We are seeking an accomplished Wills and Estates specialist to contribute to the creation of high-quality, engaging content that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with our Content Team to craft compelling content for Wills and Estates products
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Work seamlessly with the Forms Designer Team and Database Design Team to guarantee that all product-related content is legally sound, clear, and user-friendly
  • Develop state-specific or country-specific content within the product to meet unique estate laws of various regions
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience as an estates lawyer with in-depth knowledge of estate planning and/or estate administration
  • Specialisation in one Australian jurisdiction with ability to research and learn other jurisdictions
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions related to estate planning and/or estate administration
