Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining a contemporary approach to estate planning.

  • Deliver high-quality estate planning services to customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Manage competing demands and priorities to achieve favourable customer outcomes.
  • Ensure consistency in service delivery across a large geographic area, catering to the diverse needs of customers.

  • You see building strong relationships and being a trusted advisor as essential in providing peace of mind to customers regarding their estate instructions.

  • You possess strong collaboration skills and can build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel across the state as required.
  • Willingness to obtain accreditation in estate planning documents.
  • Availability to work outside regular hours and weekends as needed.
