Job Title: Compliance Officer Lead

About the Role:

The role of Team Leader, Compliance and Enforcement is to oversee a diverse team responsible for inspections, investigations, and enforcement actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a supervisor to staff undertaking compliance and enforcement functions.
  • Work with the team to plan, lead, and deliver compliance and enforcement actions.
  • Provide guidance on appropriate compliance and enforcement action in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct complex and sensitive compliance and enforcement functions, including inspections and investigations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in conducting and managing complex compliance and enforcement functions within a regulatory environment.
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships.
  • Qualifications: Certificate IV in Government Investigations or relevant tertiary qualification.
