Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the delivery of our undergraduate medical programs. This key role requires strong clinical expertise, educational leadership, and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and integration of relevant clinical teaching sites into our programs, fostering engagement with the local clinical community, and coordinating education and training of students at one of our affiliated Local Health Networks (LHNs).

This position works closely with senior staff based at associated hospitals and the Medical School.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-appointment to a senior clinical role at a LHN
  • Relevant experience in clinical education/training of medical students in teaching hospitals
  • Specialist medical qualification and registration enabling clinical practice
  • Demonstrated understanding of medical student needs
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with medical staff and other health professionals
  • Passion for research and education
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
