About this role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective learning resources, activities, and assessments in a range of higher education areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-designing and creating innovative online learning experiences with subject matter experts and teaching staff
  • Writing high-quality student-facing material to appropriate qualifications frameworks and industry standards
  • Communicating effectively and professionally individually and in teams, including with client stakeholders and colleagues

Skills and qualifications required include:

  • A Bachelor's degree with experience working in the education sector
  • Experience in designing human-centred learning experiences and developing online learning by applying an understanding of learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practices, and their relationship to educational technologies

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity open to candidates based in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, or Perth. Applicants must possess the right to work in Australia without any restrictions.
