Swinburne University is seeking a dynamic Schools Recruitment Specialist (Experiences and Programs) to connect with secondary school students and support our domestic enrolment goals.

In this key role, you will design and deliver engaging programs and experiences for secondary school students, working closely with teams across the university to bring our Schools Engagement Strategy to life. Representing the university at recruitment events, you will promote the brand, provide advice to students and their influencers, and organise impactful student recruitment activities.

To be suitable for this role, you will need to have experience in managing projects/events aimed at delivering a premium customer experience.

You will also need to have strong written and oral communication skills, including strong public speaking ability.

The ideal candidate will have superior time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Additionally, you should have an understanding of Australian educational systems and frameworks, and of relevant government policies.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and has a degree in education or marketing, or equivalent with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
