Job Title: Service Strategy Lead

You will lead the development and implementation of our Origination Service strategy, driving modernisation and simplification across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the current state of the Origination Service and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-Practice and Service teams to ensure successful business outcomes
  • Managing Vendor and partner relationships to drive strategic partnerships
  • Designing and delivering the Service strategy and roadmap to key stakeholders
  • Ensuring alignment with IT architecture, Lending platform strategy, and business strategy

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a broad technology leadership background, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Leading teams to design, build, and deliver our lending transformation within the scope of the Origination service is essential.

Requirements:

  • A solid technology foundation built from either an Engineering or a Development background
  • The ability to take ownership, deliver change initiatives end-to-end, develop roadmaps, maintain run activities, manage risk, and lead the team
  • Ability to think strategically about how we can modernise and uplift
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing initiatives using Agile methodologies
  • Proven project delivery experience with the ability to drive change in a high-tech development environment
  • Excellent communication skills, interacting with both business and technical stakeholders at various levels
