Job Overview

This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, operating machinery to ensure a continuous flow of product. You will be responsible for maintaining the equipment, ensuring flavour testing is completed and accurate flavours are supplied.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with machine operation in a food manufacturing environment, a high mechanical aptitude and understanding of HACCP & GMP principles. They must also be safety conscious and have strong communication skills.

In this position, you will work on a weekend night shift schedule, which includes 10:30pm Friday - 6:30am Saturday, 6:30pm Saturday - 6:30am Sunday and 6:30-10:30pm Sunday.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Operating machinery equipment
  • Ensuring flavour testing is completed
  • Advanced centre-lining and equipment calibration
  • Preparing and completing quality checks and records
  • Cleaning and housekeeping
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience with machine operation in a food manufacturing environment
  • A high mechanical aptitude
  • Understanding of HACCP & GMP principles
  • Safety conscious
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous
