Job Opportunity:

The role of Community Disability Support Worker is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

As a Community Disability Support Worker, you will provide support to customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live independently and holistically. Your work will be centred around providing everyday support, personal care, and assisting with activities outside the home environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing support with daily activities, such as meal preparation and assistance
  • Supporting customers with personal care needs, including hygiene and medication compliance
  • Assisting with transfers and ensuring customer safety

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant experience
  • At least one year of experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Driver's license, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 years), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
